Clemath Surratt, 65, of Newton, North Carolina, passed Saturday, November 25, 2017. He was born to Clemeth, and Georgia, April 06, 1952 in Queens, New York.

Clemath graduated from Hickory High School in 1969.  He worked at Furniture Works until he retired in 2014.

Clemath is survived by 5 children: Titus Lee (Taneka), Derion Surratt, Shaneka Surratt, Denisha Atkins (Dave), and Tyrone Lander. He also is survived by 5 grandchildren.
