Clearance Yancy Sr, age 81, of Flint, Michigan, passed away on June 3, 2024.
He was born on August 16, 1942, in Flint, Michigan, to parents Clifford Yancy and LaTasha Williams.
Clearance is survived by his ex wife, Robbie (Yancy) Thomas, whom he married in 2015. They have two children, Andrea Yancy (Puddin) and Clearance Yancy (deeps). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Clearance attended Soldan High School and continued his studies at Michigan State University. He had a successful career as a police officer, serving in the police station and driving the van organization.
In his free time, Clearance enjoyed activities such as visiting the gun range, walking, and golfing.
Clearance Yancy Sr will be remembered for his dedication to his family and his commitment to serving his community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
