Leary, Clarice H. Sep. 30, 1922 - Aug. 11, 2015 Clarice H. Leary, age 92, formerly of Tenafly, New Jersey, died on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Arden Courts of Sarasota. She was born on September 30, 1922, the daughter of Otto and Mary Spehr. She was married to Warren B. Leary a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of World War II, and spent 60 years together in marriage in New Jersey, and later enjoying retirement together in the Bent Tree community of Sarasota, FL. Ms. Leary is preceded in death by her husband Warren, her daughter Carol, a health care systems manager in Elizabethtown, PA and a son, Robert, a U.S. Army veteran and photographer in San Francisco, CA, Ms. Leary is survived by her granddaughter, Corinne and great granddaughter residing in Northern Virginia. In accordance with her wishes, Ms. Leary will be laid to rest in a family plot in Margaretville, NY alongside her husband Warren. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the National Cremation and Burial Society in Sarasota. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be sent to the in her memory.
