He departed this earthly life on Wednesday September 21, 2022.

He received Christ at an early age under the leadership of his father, Rev. Wilson. For the last twelve years, He has been a member of St. Paul Baptist Church. He was anactive member of the Sanctuary Choir, Culinary Committee and the Children's Department until his health prevented him from participating.

Chauncey received his degree in business at West Texas

A&M in 2015. He believed his children should further him as he sent - Tra'avia to Arkansas University, Julian to Arkansas University and Monique to Georgia State College and pledged Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Chauncey leaves to cherish his memories children: Tra'avia Wilson, Julian Wilson and Monique McNeal-Wilson of East St. Louis, IL.

 Wife Adley Grey-Wilson of Decatur, GA.

Cousins: Winnie Beasley, Leominster, MA, Louis (Martha) Beasley, Restin, VA, George Beasley, of Main. He also leaves many devoted church members and friends to cherish his memories.
