We are here today to celebrate the life of Charles Thomas Plumstead, who we all know as Chuck, who is 79 years old of Texas City. He left this world to be with his Lord on Sunday, October 13th, 2024, at The Medical Resort of Sugarland. He passed peacefully in his sleep. Charles was born March 26th, 1945 in Buffalo, New York. He graduated from Emerson Vocational High School in Buffalo in 1962. He then enlisted in the US Air Force from 1962 to 1964 in Watertown, New York. He received an honorable discharge in 1964. He moved to Texas in 1976. Charles is survived by his wife, June Alice Plumstead of 32 years who lives in Texas Citly, a daughter, Christina Plumstead of Pasadena, Texas, a son, Jim Plumstead of Columbus, Ohio, and a son, Richard Plumstead of Phoenix, Arizona. He leaves behind a niece, Kathy Salatka and husband Dave of Buffalo, New York, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be surely missed, and live in our hearts forever.
