Charles Rowe, a beloved member of the Springfield, Oregon community, passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 63. Born on March 5, 1960, Charles was the son of Arthur Joseph Rowe and Evelyn Boylan Rowe.

Charles led a fulfilling life and was a loving father to his nine children. He leaves behind Brandon Rowe and his spouse Ashley Rowe, Brittany Rowe, Sandra Rowe, Gabriel Rowe, Corey Boffing, Michael Boffing and his spouse Jocelyn Boffing, Devon Emra, Lateesha Emra, and Alexis Emra-Strong. Charles was immensely proud of his children and cherished their presence in his life.

Known for his unparalleled expertise in roofing, carpentry, and construction, Charles spent many years dedicated to his craft. He approached his work with passion and precision, leaving behind a legacy of exceptional craftsmanship.

Charles had a zest for life, and his contagious laughter lit up every room he entered. He had an uncanny ability to bring joy to those around him and always had a funny anecdote to share. His lighthearted nature and warm smile will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Tragically, Charles passed away due to a pulmonary embolism. While his departure brings immense sadness, we can take solace in the fact that he lived life to the fullest and made countless memories with his loved ones.

Charles is survived by his adoring children and twelve grandchildren. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have called him family or friend.

In honor of Charles Rowe, a celebration of life will be held on December 9th 2023 at King Graces Fellowship. Let us gather together to share stories, shed tears, and remember the incredible man who touched our lives in so many ways. Rest in peace, Charles, and thank you for the love and laughter you gifted us during your time on Earth.
