He was born on February 3, 1948 in Port Huron, Michigan. He is survived by his beautiful wife Kathy (Fisher) of 45 years. Children, Kimberly Shewmaker, Carrie Fountain, Kristi Bartlett (John), Candi Thomas (Billy), and Kelli Fowler; Grandchildren, Chelsie (Charles), Ryan (Kristina) Kaitlyn (Miguel) Garrison, Christina (Josh) Brandon, Justin, Felicia, Kyle, Bradley, Austin, Clint, Caitlyn, Kelsey. Greatgrandchildren, Aubrey, Lucille, and Penelope; Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was the fourth of 15 children born to Sis and Sonny Fowler.Charles is preceeded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Fowler, three sisters, Pearl Ann, Karen, and Lisa, brother David, and grandson Shane.He proudly served his country in active duty for 20 years and is a Vietnam veteran.
