Charles Edward Ruffin was born February 22,1956 in Bakersfield, California to the late Wille Ruffin and Ella Marie Ruffin.

Charles loved being an entrepreneur, one of his favorite pastimes was developing and creating his own businesses.

He leaves to cherish his passing two daughters Chantilay Nelson and  Shania Mitchell. Two sons, Antjuan Ruffin Senior and Daron Jones Senior. He also leaves in his passing three sisters, Christine Hardison, Gerldine Caldwell, and Patricia Ruffin. Two brothers, Sylvester Ruffin and Jackie Ruffin. Seven grandchildren, Ka'myah Price, Antrell Melton, Daron Jones Jr., Antjuan Ruffin Jr., Aniyah Ruffin, Amyna Ruffin, and Amir Ruffin; and a host of niece, nephews, cousins, and friends.
