Charles is proceeded in death by his Mother Gladys Franklin and father Charles Franklin Sr. He leaves behind 2 children Sparkle Smith of Grand Rapids, Michigan and son Victor Smith of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Charles also leaves behind 6 grandchildren.
