Charles Riggs, 47, of Sevierville, Tennessee, left this world on November 1, 2024. Born on August 4, 1977, Charles will be remembered for his sense of humor, love for his family, and his love of the Chesapeake Bay. He was a beloved member of his community and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed it. Charles was a true friend to many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of those he leaves Charles spent his life fishing on the Bay. His last wishes were to have his ashes spread in the Bay so he could forever be in the place he loved. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.
