Cenorina (Ceny) Montano EstrellaJuly 28, 1931 - October 25, 2016Resident of Santa ClaraCenorina Estrella passed away peacefully on the morning of October 25th, 2016, surrounded by her four loving children. Cenorina was born on July 28th, 1931 and raised in the Central Valley. She and her husband, Carlos Alves Estrella, were married for sixty years, until Carlos passed away on May 24th, 2014. Cenorina is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, who range in age from six months to twenty-nine years old. Ceny loved spending time with her grandchildren, attending all of their events and activities, and watching them grow. She loved cooking, tending to her roses, and was always ready for an adventure. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 1:30PM at St. Lawrence the Martyr Parish, 1971 St. Lawrence Dr., Santa Clara. Burial will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 1PM at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest with her husband. Rest in peace, Grandma/Nana/Ceny.
