Cedric Allen Richmond, 65, passed on February 12, 2023. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 29, 1957. Cedric assisted in bringing 3 children into the world; Javaune Packer, Antoinette Green, and Desire Houston. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren. Cedric was a kind many beloved by many with a heart as big as his stubborn streak. He shall truly be missed.
