Catherine Rose Gentry went home to be with our Lord May 1st, 2019 in her home. Gentry was born into the union of late Fredrick and Blair Gentry. Gentry graduated from University of Southern Miss with a business degree. In 1998 Gentry began her bakery career which later led her to her own bakery in Oxford, Ms

Gentry leaves behind her special mother, Hattie E. Tucker who raised her from birth. She also leaves behind her two children Alexis Faith Michaels and Elliot Christian Michaels. A host of neices and nephews. Sisters and brothers in Christ. A very special friend Eddie Chapman. 

Gentry was well known in her community as the “Cake baker” she leaves her establishment of 16 years to her beloved co-worker, Mariah Jones. 

The funeral will be May 5, 2019 at Waller funeral home in Oxford. The repass will be held at Gentry home.
