Cassandra Dockery, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on July 23, 2025, in Texarkana, Arkansas. Born on April 16, 1963, to Bobbie Washington Sr and Lorraine Ross, Cassandra was the life of the party wherever she went.

She leaves behind her children, Vonderrick Sims, Ashanti Walker (spouse Regineld Runnels), Rashida Walker, and Ulysses Washington, as well as her 10 adoring grandchildren.

Cassandra graduated from Arkansas Senior High School in 1971 and loved to reminisce about her high school days with friends and family. She always had a story to tell, and her sense of humor would brighten even the darkest days.

Whether she was cooking up a storm in the kitchen or busting a move on the dance floor, Cassandra's energy was contagious. She had a passion for life that was unmatched and a heart of gold that touched everyone she met.

Although she may have lost her battle with cancer, Cassandra will forever be remembered for her laughter, her love, and the joy she brought to those around her. May she rest in peace, knowing she made the world a better place.
