It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Casey Barnett, who was born on August 1, 1996, in Frankfort, Kentucky, United States. Casey passed away on November 4, 2022.

Casey was the beloved child of Jeffery Lynn and Gale Phipps. They brought joy and love to their parents and will be deeply missed by their family and friends.

Casey had no children of their own, but they had a strong bond with their parents who supported and cared for them throughout their life. And a very special bond between a little girl that he had gotten close with she often called him, uncle Casey Kaylee and many more nieces and nephews.

Casey will always be remembered for their kind heart, gentle soul, and infectious laugh. They touched the lives of many and will be forever cherished in our hearts.
