Carol Smith, beloved mother, wife, and friend, passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 61. She was born on January 14, 1962, and spent her life surrounded by those she loved in undefined.Those who knew Carol best will remember her infectious laugh and her love for all things chocolate. She could often be found in the kitchen, whipping up her famous chocolate chip cookies or a decadent chocolate cake.Carol was a fearless adventurer, always eager to explore new places and try new things. From hiking the Appalachian Trail to skydiving, she lived life to the fullest and inspired others to do the same.She will be deeply missed by her husband of 35 years, Tom, her children, Sarah and Michael, and her many friends and family members. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Carol's memory.Rest in peace, Carol. May your days be filled with chocolate and endless adventure.
