Carmelle Alcide, 84, of Torbeck, Sud, passed on July 20, 2023. Carmelle was born on September 21, 1938. She is survived by her six children and her eight grandchildren. Carmelle was loved by all who came in contact with her. Her smile lit up any room she walked into, and she left a lasting impact with any person she met. She will be missed greatly.
