Carlos Medina, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on June 14, 2024, in Rochester, NY. He was born on May 7, 1965, to Samuel and Ysabel Medina in Arecibo, Puerto Rico.

Carlos married the love of his life, Gloria, in the year 1995, and together they raised four children: Melissa, Ana, Kimberly, and Carlos Jr. He adored his eight grandchildren.

Carlos attended Chicago’s Roberto Clemente High School. He had a passion for gardening and spent countless hours tending to his plants.

Tragically, Carlos passed away due to an overdose. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and love for his family.

Carlos will be deeply missed by his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
