Carlos Adolfo Rivera, 75, passed on May 12, 2021. He was born to Luis Rivera and Francisca Rivera on January 01, 1946.

He married Abby Rivera in 31 and they lived together in Reading, Pennsylvania. Together they raised 9 children Aldo (Tito), Javier (Ivan ), Angel (Melissa ), Ebony (Elise ), John (Franchesca), Luis (Tony), Richie (Jarred), Robert (Alex), Emily (Jordan ). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

Carlos worked at Reading community agricultural research until he retired in 2009 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. He also volunteered at the Olivets boys and girls vlub in 8. In 2009, Carlos was honored with the Community agricultural appreciation award.
