Carl FerraroNaples, FLCarl Ferraro, 96, of Naples, FL passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on May 17, 2017.Carl is survived by his wife of 64 years, Ethel; children Charles (Christine) of Weston, FL, Carl M.D. of Orland Park, IL; grandchildren Caitlin, Alexander, and Mitchell. He is preceded in death by his sisters Mary Gallagher and Sally Bobel.Carl was born on January 22, 1921 in Amherst, OH to Charles and Mary Ferraro. He attended Cleveland College of Western Reserve University. Carl worked at Seagrams, Inc. for 32 years, reaching the level of Vice President of the Four Roses Division.Carl was a decorated WWII veteran receiving the Purple Heart during battle in northern France, and was a founding member of the Italian American Veterans Club of Lorain, OH.A funeral mass is scheduled for 11:00 am on June 5, 2017 at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Naples, with a luncheon to follow at Tarpon Bay Clubhouse.
