Carl E. Cook, 46, of Fairview, Il passed away on Saturday May 11, 2019. Proceeding him in his death are his two daughters Elise and Karoline, Wife Sandra, 3 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Carl was a loyal Cardinal's fan and loved spending quality time with his family. Services will be held privately with family and friends through invitations.
