It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carl Bailey, Jr. of Yuba City, California where lived the last 6 months of his life with his daughter Karren and her husband Jim Wood, at the age of 88. For 45 years, Carl was a beloved member of the Napa Valley community, known for his kind heart and gentle spirit. Throughout his life, Carl touched the lives of many with his integrity work ethic evidenced in his painting career, his high quality standard, and treating everyone as he would want to be treated. Carl will be remembered for the love he had for his wife of 46 years, children, grandchildren and his unwavering faith. Carl's presence will be greatly missed, but his legacy of compassion and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
