Bridget A. DeLiaAugust 6, 1952 - November 2, 2017YorkBridget Anne DeLia passed away peacefully after a lengthy battle with cancer on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at the age of 65. She was surrounded by her loving family. Bridget was married to Dr. Frank A. DeLia for 44 years. She was born on August 6, 1952 in York, to the late Arthur and Rita Fogle. She was one of three children. Bridget attended York Catholic High School, Thompson Business School, and St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia.Bridget's greatest joy in life was being a wonderful mother to her two children, and a loving wife. The impact of Bridget's kindness has touched countless lives, and she would light up any room she entered. Bridget was a trusted and supportive friend to many and very involved in local self-help groups. She brought an immeasurable amount of love into this world and will be sorely missed. She embodied a quiet strength and was a fighter to the very end. Along with her husband, Bridget is survived by her two children, Michael and Cristina (KiKi) DeLia; and her son-in-law, Nathan McAfee; her sister, Kathleen Hoffer; and brother-in-law, Peter Hoffer; as well as her mother in law, Antonia DeLia. She was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Fogle.Services will be Saturday, November 11, 1 p.m. at Keffer Funeral Home, 2114 W.
