He proceeded by the death of his mother Janice Ivy and Grand Daughter Issabella Caudell. Brain leaves behind (wife) Anglea Ivy, Daughter Amber(David) Hedrick, of Galion Ohio, Son Brandon(Hope) Ivy of Ashland Ohio, Daughter Breonna Ivy of Mt Vernon Ohio, Daughter Alicia Wiseman of Ashland Kentucky,  and multiple grandchildren Landen,kandn, Ryker, Aubrey, .Brian enjoyed working on cars and trucking. Brian donated his body for the advancment of medicine. Funeral proceeding are marked privet for family only.
