This obituary is administered by:

A life well lived

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, and friend, Brian Eric Storrs. Brian died on December 6, 2024, at the age of 49 from pneumonia at Temple Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital. Brian was born on August 15, 1975, to Carol and Eric Storrs and was raised by his mother and stepfather, Frank Skaggs, in Orange County, Florida, alongside his sister, Katherine. Brian brought joy to our lives, and we will always remember him fondly.

Brian was known for his fun-loving nature and incredible sense of humor. He had a talent for lightening the mood with a well-timed joke or clever remark, making even the darkest days seem brighter. A true jokester at heart, he was always ready to share a laugh and create lasting memories with those he loved.

His diverse interests and talents kept life exciting and unpredictable. Brian was always willing to try new things, whether it was shooting his bow, cycling, working on his car, or engaging in various hands-on projects, he was truly a jack of all trades and master of many.

As a devoted husband to his cherished wife, Jeannie, Brian created a life filled with love and joyful moments. Together, they built a wonderful home for their children, Trinity, and Aiden, who brought pride and joy to his life. Brian was not only a loving father but also a remarkable grandfather to his adored grandson, Rowan. He will be remembered through the stories that are shared long after we are gone. He always had just the right words of encouragement for those who needed them most, inspiring everyone around him.

Though Brian has departed from this world, his vibrant spirit continues to thrive in the hearts of his family and everyone he touched. His legacy is a rich tapestry woven with laughter, kindness, and steadfast support—a true testament to a life fully lived.

As we gather, let us keep the love and joy that Brian brought into our lives alive in our hearts. He will always hold a special place in our memories. Rest peacefully, dear Brian, and thank you for being a part of each one of our lives.
