Brenda Alston, born on February 13, 1946, peacefully passed away on August 3, 2024, in Norfolk, Virginia, United States. She was the beloved daughter of Robert and Louise Alston. Brenda was happily married to Allan Alston for 36 years and together they raised a beautiful family of 8 children.

Her children include Sandra Alston (spouse Charles Boone), Valerie Clark (spouse Kelly Williams), Cynthia Alston (spouse Michael Thurgood), Kathy Alston, Maria Alston, Shay Alston, Richard Alston, and Bernadette Alston. She was also a loving grandmother to 16 grandchildren

Here grandchildrne include Alexis Alston, Latrice Alston, Shante Alston, Renee Alston, Eric Alston, Robert Alston, Simone Alston, Teresa Alston, Jessica Alston, Tunisia Alston, Derek Alston, Michael Alston, Brittany Alston, Maria Alston, Destiny Alston, Angel Alston. She also a loving great grandmother to 24 great grandchildren

Brenda dedicated many years of her life to working as an LPN before retiring in 2016. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, practicing yoga, dancing, running, and taking long walks. She was known for her kind spirit, infectious smile, and unwavering love for her family.

On August 3, 2024, Brenda Alston tragically passed away from a sudden heart attack. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
