It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bonnie Traylor, who was born on October 29, 1940, and peacefully left us on June 19, 2024, in her home in Akron, Ohio, United States. She was surrounded by her loving family in her final moments.

Bonnie was the daughter of Johnnie and Maddie Byrd and was married to Ned Traylor in the year 20. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Juilian and Anthony. Bonnie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, leaving behind six cherished grandchildren.

Bonnie studied at Central High School, where she excelled academically and socially. She had a passion for helping others and dedicated much of her time to the Young N Heart organization, where she made a lasting impact on the community.

Outside of her charitable work, Bonnie enjoyed attending club meetings with friends and participating in various hobbies that brought her joy. She will be remembered for her kind and generous spirit, her unwavering love for her family, and her commitment to serving others.

Bonnie Traylor will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
