CEDARVILLE Bobby L. Boyd, age 82 of Hillsboro, formally of Cedarville, Ohio passed away peacefully April 25, 2013 at the Dayton VA Hospital. He was born on October, 25, 1930 to the late Richard and Julie (Griffith) Boyd in Paintsville, Kentucky. Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Evelyn (Hickman) Boyd; sons: Alan (Rebecca) Boyd of Cedarville, Jerry Boyd of Hillsboro, Brian Boyd of Columbus, and Steve (Krista) Boyd of Jamestown; a sister, Janet Bryant; Grandchildren: Alan Jr., Danny, Katie and Kyla; Great-Grandchildren: Austin, Madison, Lacee, Logan, Gordon, Kingston, Gage and Andrew as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Bobby served his country during the Korean War in the United States Army. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013 at the Cedarville United Methodist Church from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Graveside service will follow on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Massie Creek Cemetery with Pastor Alan Barone officiating.
