Blake FulcherAbilene, TXBlake Fulcher, 52, of Abilene passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017. Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the Elliott-Hamil Chapel of Faith, 5701 Hwy 277 South, with burial following in Buffalo Gap Cemetery. The family will receive friends for a visitation Friday evening from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the funeral home. Blake was born on October 20, 1964 to Rodney and Betty Jo Fulcher in Midland. The family moved to Abilene in 1969. Blake attended school at Valley View Elementary, Madison Middle School, and then Cooper High School, where he graduated in 1983. He began working for his father's landscaping company, Gardens of the Southwest, when he was 13 and remained working there until his passing. He was a lifetime resident of Abilene. Blake was a momma's boy, and proud of it! He was a Godly man, who loved to laugh, and a loyal and true friend. He was preceded in death by his father; paternal grandparents, Truett and Velda Fulcher; and maternal grandparents, Paul and Myrtle Gregory.
