Blake graduated from Chester High in 1980 and received a degree from Chester community college in 1985. Blake worked as a Server at varies restaurants until he retired in 2010.
Blake is survived by 3 children: Blake Charles Folks (Tisha Desiree Folks), Sharnell Renee Folks, and . He also is survived by 3 grandchildren.
