We are saddened to announce the passing of Billy Holmes, who was born on April 19, 1966, in Locust Grove, Oklahoma, United States. He was the beloved son of Kenneth Wayne and Betty Holmes. Billy passed away on November 29, 2025.

Billy lived a full and happy life, always with a fishing rod in hand. He loved spending his days out on the water, reeling in the biggest catch of the day. His passion for fishing was something that brought him great joy and relaxation.

Although Billy did not have any children of his own, he was a cherished member of his family and community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local fishing charity in Billy's honor.
