Billy F. Stroud Sr. Was a father of four children Billy F. Stroud Jr., Mark L. Stroud, Cathy Stroud and Sandy Stroud. He was a grandfather of 18 grandchildren. A veteran of the United States. He is gone but will never be forgotten. We all love and already miss you until we see you again.
