On August 17, 2024, the world lost a truly unique and wonderful soul. Beverly Sandy of Dunedin, Florida, passed away at the age of 85. She was born on August 22, 1938, and lived a full and vibrant life.

Beverly was a loving partner to Hugh Sandy and a dedicated mother and is survived by four of her five children, James, Bonny, Ronda, and Delana. She was also a proud grandmother and is survived by her four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, Chad Sandy, Delana Vath, Micaela Sandy, Stephanie Sandy, and Madeline Vath.

Beverly had a zest for life and a love for creativity. She enjoyed painting beautiful landscapes, taking leisurely walks in nature, and learning all she could about gorillas. She was a dedicated Steelers and Pirates fan. Her sense of curiosity and wonder never faded, even as the years went by.

Her warm smile and kind heart touched the lives of all who knew her. Beverly will be dearly missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
