Bessie Holland, 63, of Suffolk, Virginia, went home to be with the Lord Monday, May 10, 2021.

Mrs. Holland was born on January 07, 1958, to her parents, Martin and Cindy Casper. She was raised in Suffolk Virginia and graduated from Suffolk High School in 1977, where she excelled at basketball and track.

She worked for most of her adult life in the healthcare industry.
Most of that time was spent doing medical billing where she was once
referred to as, "the Guru of medical billing". For most of the last
ten years of her career, she was the office manager for various doctors.

Bessie was predeceased by her husband Donald Holland and sister Vickie Sykes.

She is survived by her son, Andy Holland of Virginia Beach.

Bessie was well known and loved by many. She was always
willing to help anyone and will be sadly missed.

Family would like a special thank you to all the staff at Norfolk General for their unwavering care. Services will be private.
