Bernadine M. GoepfertAGE: 49 • ClintonBernadine M. Goepfert, 49, of Clinton Twp., NJ passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Twp., NJ. She was born on July 2, 1968 in Staten Island, NY and grew up in Toms River, NJ. She had been living in Clinton Twp, NJ for the past 19 years.She was the daughter of William 'Bill' and Mary Boone Coleman of Barnegat, NJ. Bernadine was the loving wife of Joseph J. Goepfert, celebrating over 20 years of marriage, and the mother of Brittany, Brenden, and Connor, all living at home.Bernadine graduated from St. Joseph's High School and then attended Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ where she completed her degree in Finance. She was also part of the GCU Women's soccer team and was the leading scorer in the nation at one time. She was employed as a Technical Account Manager for Veritas, based in Mountain View, CA.Bernadine's passions in life were her children, dogs, the beach, reading and travel. She loved to watch her children participate in sports and always could be seen with a camera in her hand. She was an avid dog lover spending much time with her faithful companions Sassy, Biscuit and Charlie. She would take every opportunity to go to the beach with family. She loved to travel and recently completed a pilgrimage to Rome, Fatima, and Lourdes.Bernadine was a committed member to Immaculate Conception Church in Annandale, NJ. Her faith in God, big heart, and willingness to help others was unmatched. She is survived by her two brothers; Christopher Coleman and his wife Pamela of Montgomery, NY and Gregory Coleman and his wife Alexis of Stockholm, NJ and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, NJ. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 12:00 PM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 316 Old Allerton Road, Annandale, NJ.
