Bennie Louvenia SeawrightGreenvilleMrs. Bennie Louvenia Mobley Seawright departed this life on September 28, 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia.Mrs. Seawright was a Greenville County School Educator for 42 years, where she dedicated her life to teaching and improving the lives of many elementary school children, veterans and adult students.Mrs. Seawright was born on February 2, 1918, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, to the late Ben Mobley and Louie Emma Laton Mobley. She was predeceased in death by five sisters; Rosa Laton Mobley Armstead, Carrie Jerome Mobley Hampton, Vernal Mobley Alexander, Fredine Mobley Sloan, and Wilie George Mobley White. Mrs. Seawright is survived by her daughter, Emma Lee Seawright Gilbert of Marietta, Georgia; a grandson, Charles (Pamela) Seawright Gilbert of Newnan, Georgia; a sister, Mrs. Gloria Jean Mobley Brown of Rock Hill, South Carolina, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.The family will receive friends from 7pm to 8pm on Friday, October 13, 2017, at Watkins Garrett and Woods Mortuary.Services: Saturday, October 14, 2017,1:00pm, Israel Metropolitan C.M.E. Church, 307 North Calhoun Street, Greenville, South Carolina 29601. Entombment at Graceland East Cemetery.
