He married Ines in 1980 and they lived together in Beaumont, Texas. Together they raised 1 child Benjamin Walton II (Delita Walton). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren.
Benjamin graduated from Beaumont High in 1969.
Benjamin worked at Dr. Pepper and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
