We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Belleah Franklin, who was born on July 16, 1979, in Abuja, Nigeria. She passed away on March 7, 2025.

Belleah was the beloved daughter of Micheal and Lois Abubakar. She was the loving spouse of Christian Franklin, whom she married in the year 2011. Together, they had a beautiful daughter named Hope Franklin.

Hope studied at Start-Rite International in Abuja high school and graduated in 1997. She furthered her education at Nile University of Nigeria and graduated in 2001. Hope had a passion for helping others and taught at a refugee camp for african kids during the summer for over 10 years.

Belleah had a passion for helping others as well. She owned a salon and was known for her talent in doing hair. She brought joy to many through her work and everyday life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
