We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Beatrice Parks on November 13, 2024, in Boydton, Virginia, United States. She was born on June 4, 1945, in East Orange, New Jersey to her loving parents George and Sally Harris.

Beatrice was married to her beloved husband Frank Parks for 26 years and together they were blessed with a daughter, Diane, who is survived by her husband Johnathan Hargrove. Beatrice was a devoted grandmother to her two grandchildren (Yolanda Wood married(George Wood) and Johnathan Hargrove) and three great grandchildren (Sharonda Wood, Shaquonna Wood,and Shalondra Wood).

She attended Bluestone High School and graduated in 1963. After High school she found a husband bought a home and started living the dream of a housewife. Beatrice had a passion for playing with her grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them.

Beatrice passed away peacefully from natural causes, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
