Barbara Jean Arlet, 80Barbara Jean Rinkovsky Arlet passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017, in Mountain Home, AR. She was born on September 21, 1936, in Gary, IN, to Nicholas and Dora (Bosel) Rinkovsky. She was a rural mail carrier in Indiana and after having built their retirement home in 1992, with her husband, John, retired to Oakland, AR, in 1994. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, John Arlet of the home, five children, Candra (Craig) Sowder of Williamsburg, IA, Nicholas Arlet of Mesa, AZ, John William Arlet of Orlando, FL, Jason Arlet of Mountain Home, AR, and Tim Arlet (Denise) of Roswell, NM; one brother, Edward Rinkovsky (Debbie Howard) of Crown Point, IN; one sister, Dawn Faust (Robert) of Hebron, IN; one sister-in-law, Virginia Heffley of Crown Point, IN; fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Richard Rinkovsky; three brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law.A visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. with funeral services at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at Conner Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Marshall Lum and Pastor Tim Arlet officiating.
