Barbara A. Scroggins was born September 14, 1948 in Newark, NJ to the late Tillman and Helen Jenkins. She made her final transition December 11, 2018. She was educated in the Newark and East Orange school systems. She then worked for the Newark welfare board as a Computer Tech.

She was proceeded in death by one son, Raydell and one daughter, Raquel Scroggins, one sister Patricia Jenkins-Ervine and one brother, Tillman Jenkins Jr. She leaves to mourn a daughter, Tamika Scroggins; two sisters, Emma Jenkins-Smith (Robert), Yolanda Lee; two brothers, Shakir G. Jenkins (Sheryl) and Vodney Elam; Three granddaughter, Dynaisha Deja and Destiny; Two grandsons, Issacar and Tammadge; one great-granddaughter, Aria; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family would like to express sincere thanks for all of the love and support during their bereavement. Whatever part you played, may God continue to bless you and yours.
