Barbara Ann PowellSimi Valley, CABarbara Ann Powell, born on January 11, 1937 in New Jersey. She departed this world on February 21, 2017 to make heaven an even better place. She was a very wonderful and caring person who always saw the best in people. She was loved and will be terribly missed. She is survived by her husband, Terry Powell, her best friend and love of her life for 35 years. Barbara had three daughters, Corinne Malinka, Donna Walker and Kathleen Chelius; one son John Malinka; 5 grandchildren, Jeff Walker, Jenny Walker, Michael Gannon, James Gannon and Jonathan Malinka and two great-grandchildren, Cody and Dylan Walker. There will be a Graveside Service on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Assumption Catholic Cemetery in Simi Valley.
