On June 27, 2024, the world lost a bright light in South Seattle, Washington. Ayub Hashi, born on March 6, 2010, brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.

Ayub lived a life full of adventure and curiosity. He was always up for trying new things and exploring his surroundings. Whether it was climbing trees in the park or trying out the latest video game, Ayub had a zest for life that was infectious.

Tragically, Ayub's life was cut short when he was fatally shot. Despite the circumstances of his passing, those who knew Ayub will always remember his playful spirit and his ability to find humor in any situation.

Although Ayub did not have any children of his own, he was a beloved figure in his community and will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Rest in peace, Ayub, may your light continue to shine bright in the hearts of those who loved you.
