RICHTERArthur Arthur Richter, 72, of Point Place, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016. He was born on May 16, 1944 to Theodore and Harriette (Schultz) Richter.In his youth, Arthur proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. After the service, he became a longtime director and producer for WTOL Channel 11. He was president of the Washington Township Trustees and a huge history buff. He was a great and loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his daughter, Heidi (Mike Brown) Walczak; son, Art (Lisa Yancy) Richter II; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; sisters, Melissa Keisser and Terry Kelley; and brother, Theodore Richter. He wass preceded in death by his wife, Pamala and his parents.Visitation will be Monday, October 31, 2016  from 3 to 6 p.m. at the David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St., Toledo.
