Anthony was born to Tony and Stacy Basta, May 5, 1983. He passed away August 1, 2018. Anthony was well known and loved by many.

Anthony is survived by both parents; his children, Hunter, Memphis, Presley, and Tayne; his brothers, Matt and Hank; many aunts and uncles, cousins, his niece Maddilynn, his ex-wives, Lyndsay & Jamie; and lots of best friends.

We are holding a celebration of life, Saturday, August 11, 2018, at 2 pm, in West Valley City, Utah at the Centennial Park 5405 W 3100 S, WVC, Utah 84119. East Pavillion. all are welcome and invited.
