• Anthony Joseph Clark of Mount Vernon,New York was born on March 15 , 1934 in New York City to Frank Clark , and Eunice Frazier. His date of transition was July 24 ,2022 at the age of 88 at Montefiore Hospital Bronx, NY. He lost his fight with cancer.

Anthony was the oldest of 5 children , who are all deceased. Elam Johnson, Barry Johnson, Michael Johnson, and Leon Johnson.

Anthony was a very hard worker and an upscaled citizen. He enlisted into the USAF in which he was proud of , then went to City College. He worked as auxiliary offer with NYPD , but then furthered his career with the NY state department of Corrections from which he retired. Anthony did some community work in his spare time. He always encouraged family members to remain close , and keep the family traditions alive. He was the patriarch of the family.

In 1959, he married Miriam Mitchell. They had 3 children. Then later in life after his divorce he was remarried to Fran Clark , of Mount Vernon then later to Jean Clark of the Bronx. He resided Mount Vernon NY , until his death.

Anthony was survived by his 3 children Denise Mahabir ( George ), Anthony J. Clark II, Sonya Zeigler ( Melvin ) , 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, With a host of Nieces , Nephews, Cousins , and friends.

Anthony will be forever missed and loved by his family and friends.
