Annie Kate was born on May 2, 1943 in Eagle West Virginia to the late Miles Haynes Senior and Lethia Swaggandy Haynes. She was preceded in death by her daughter Wanda Thompson, her brother Miles Haynes Junior, and her two sisters, Willie Kate Olden and Annie Bell Anderson.

Loving and lasting memories will live on in the hearts of our devoted fiancé Frank Morton, a loving daughter Phyllis Thompson Young a caring son Joseph 💙Thompson, a son-in-law Steve Young. Grandchildren Cortez Thompson, Breshawn Thompson, Taler Young, Alethia Young , Asheleigh Young, Sherrod Young and Syed Young. Three great grandchildren Juliana Thompson, Cortez Levangham Thompson Junior, MaKaiven Thompson and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
