McCULLY, Doreen Annette (née McIntyre)Annette passed away suddenly on August 16, 2017 in Ottawa, ON. Daughter of Alexander and Elsie May McIntyre, and loving wife of Assistant Commissioner George L. McCully, RCMP (Retired). Annette was born on May 27, 1934 in Regina, SK where she resided until her marriage. Predeceased by her parents, brother Alexander and sister Victoria, Annette is survived by her sister, Irene of Lumsden, SK, sons Jeffrey (Catherine) and Todd (Diane), grandchildren Matthew (Heidi) and Logan, and great-grandchild Maddox. Annette was a lifetime lover of barbershop singing and very active in her church and choir. Her enthusiasm for life and kindness to all will be deeply missed. Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway), Sunday August 20, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Timothy's Presbyterian Church, 2400 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, Monday, August 21, 2017 at 11 a.m., followed by reception.
