It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Annette Brightman, who left this world on December 13, 2025, in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born on February 7, 1960, to her loving parents Irvin and Marguerit Brightman.

Annette was a dedicated mother to her three children, Quanice-Latoya, Asahn, and Joseph. She adored her three grandchildren, who brought her so much joy.

Annette was also a dedicated Grandmother and Great grandmother leaving behind, Damian Richardson (Grandson) and his two kids (Shiloh Stewart, ZoeLyn Castillo). Nevaeh Waters (Granddaughter) and her child Eden-Love Battle.

Annette spent her career working in the culinary industry, where she truly shined. She retired in 2017, leaving behind a legacy of delicious dishes and unforgettable meals.

When she wasn't in the kitchen, Annette enjoyed spending time with her great grands and whipping up new recipes. Her passion for cooking was evident in every meal she made.

Annette Brightman will be remembered for her warm smile, kind heart, and incredible culinary skills. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
