Annette E. BrunneyLANCASTER: Annette E. Brunney, 80, of Lancaster passed away on Saturday January 7, 2017 at the Fairfield Medical Center. She was born on December 27, 1936 in Columbus to the late Austin and Ethel (Hughes) Woodward. Annette worked in medical recorders for Children's Hospital and the Fairfield Medical Center. She was a member of St. Mark Church and Twig II. Annette loved quilting and was a member of numerous quilting groups.Annette is survived by her children: Stephen (Elaine) Brunney, Robert (Pamela) Brunney, Katherine (Lee) Pidock, Michael (Karen) Brunney, Sally (Terry) Hassell, Thomas (Lori) Brunney, John (Theresa) Brunney; 19 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sisters Beverly Eisel, Barbara (David) Wollenberg, and Susan Woodward, sister-in-law Paula Woodward, brother-in-law Rodney Charlton; many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband Richard V. Brunney, Jr. and her parents, brother Raymond Woodward, sister Sarah Charlton, and special friend Donald Gardner.Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:30AM Thursday January 12, 2017 at St. Mark Church with Fr. Peter Gideon as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday January 11 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at the Sheridan Funeral Home with a vigil service at 7:30PM.
